The free postage offers excludes orders that are couriered, palletised or outside of the U.K. Free postage is based on delivery to one address. If a single order has multiple addresses then a delivery charge will still be applicable on those delivery locations where the free postage threshold has not been breached.
Postage
- P&P is charged on the total weight of your order and calculated during the checkout process. You will be given P&P options, dependant on the weight and destination of your order, prior to confirming your order.
- Personalised CORPORATE Love Hearts orders of 2,500 rolls or more are subject to an extra 2 working weeks production lead time. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 970 0480 or customer.care@swizzels-matlow.com for more information.
- Any timed delivery service we offer (e.g. 48 hrs tracked) is best endeavours, and not guaranteed. Tracking information sent via email.
- There will be no partial or full refund should delivery be outside of the estimated delivery times that we quote.
UK Delivery Services
We offer 48 hrs tracked Courier Service and delivery to Parcel Shop as standard. Mon-Fri, excl. bank holidays. Tracking information sent via email / text.
** Please note that UK courier service do not deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. Customers placing orders for delivery to these destinations MUST select the country from the dropdown list provided rather than selecting the United Kingdom where a different delivery option will be offered.
