Delivery & Postage
Our opening and shipping hours are as follows:
Mon – Thursday 9am – 4.45pm
Friday – 9am – 3.45pm.
- Orders received before 2pm Mon – Fri are normally shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are normally shipped the next working day (i.e. Monday).
- Delivery outside Mainland Europe is not available.
- P&P is charged on the total weight of your order and calculated during the checkout process. You will be given P&P options, dependant on the weight and destination of your order, prior to confirming your order.
- Personalised CORPORATE (excluding wedding favours and Love Hearts gifts) Love Hearts orders of 2,500 rolls or more are subject to an extra 4-5 working weeks production lead time. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 970 0480 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
UK Delivery Services
All postal services are Mon-Fri, excl. bank holidays
- Royal Mail – 2nd class postage is between 3 and 5 working days from the date the order is shipped. This is not a trackable service and no delivery date is guaranteed.
- Courier Service - This is Hermes 48hr tracked service. Tracking information sent via email / text.
** Please note that UK courier service do not deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. Customers placing orders for delivery to these destinations MUST select the country from the dropdown list provided rather than selecting the United Kingdom where a different delivery option will be offered.
WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY OR WEEKEND DELIVERIES WITH ANY OF OUR DELIVERY SERVICES.
Mainland Europe Royal Mail – 10-15 working days (not available on orders weighing over 2kg including packaging).
- This is not a trackable service and orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. £9.75.
Mainland Europe Courier Services – 5-7 working days
- Cost is dependent on the destination and will not include import taxes/duties. These potential additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be refunded by Swizzels Matlow Ltd. Tracking information can be provided by contacting a member of the Customer Service team after your order is placed.
